Pulled in to Whitianga due to bad weather approaching and with a few issues that needed to be sorted out. Thanks to the friendly and helpful team at Merc Marine I had fixed my fresh water issues and installed a new mast camera left the marina fully ready to continue exploring. Great shops with what seemed like a wide inventory. Too much for a web site to show everything so suggest if you need something then contact them to enquire. What they didn’t have in stock they looked to have the contacts to source quickly.nnGood and timely response by email whilst I was travelling, and followed up with great phone and in person service. Big call-out and thank you to Michelle and Mark, but the whole team was super friendly and helpful. Good people to do business with.
These guys are absolute legends! After a issue with our engine resulted in a tow back from coastgaurd, they fitted us in on a long weekend and fixed the problem. So grateful. Exceptional service. Totally recommend.
