Awesome service from the team here. Recently got my vehicle sorted with MB Botany, and I was very pleased with customer service. Usually get parts from here as well and have experienced the same attention to detail. Love the showroom! Well done to the Armstrong group for delivering a great new place to botany!

I've been in here in here twice for some specific work on my W211 within 2 years. Got my car out of the workshop just today. The service and people are just amazing. Super consistent with their service. This branch hands down reminds me why Mercedes Benz is the best. Thank you.

I went to Mercedes-Benz botany for do the full service and wof on April cause my wof will over on March. I dont know why you guy forgot to doing my wof . I paid over 4k for the invoice . The police just stopped my car and give a ticket for the wof expired. Thank for ur mistakes ! Cheer

Everyone in there are all super friendly. Highly recommend

Awesome service from the sales and finance team. They convinced us 100% and they even offered by us to drive the car home to check if it fits in our garage. I'm sure to go back and get the car. A special shout out to Bin in the sales team.
