Great park for kids, and teens with separate area for younger children. Compact but Beautiful gardens all on one level so easy access. Walk through to pool, Football Basketball, Athletics and Squash clubs, and to the large memorial park sports ground.
Was actually on way to pools long line of traffic only reason for being there but is a clean tidy park.
Wheelchair swing locked with padlock so was unable to use it on New year's day. No signage anywhere on where to collect a key from either. Signage, on the wheelchair swing instructing how to operate it, is totally unreadable. Wheelchair Merry go round sounds like it has broken bearings so it does not turn freely at all.nnUnfortunately, unsuitable for Wheelchair users at this stage. Hope it's remedied soon.
Kids have so much fun here on all the different playground areas and equipment, clean public toilets, water fountains, free bbqs and a good amount of parking makes for a great day.
I haven't played any sport of the grounds but have been to numerous events held here. There is a large carpark but arrive early if there is a large event on as the parks are not marked and it only takes one person to muck up a lot of parking.
