Melz Morselz designs and creates wedding cakes and all celebration cakes down to petite gift cakes. Delicious flavours to choose from. All cakes are custom designed - no two are alike.

Extensive range of hand crafted artisan chocolate truffles over 40 flavour combinations and counting.
Using only the best local, NZ made and Callebaut Belgium chocolate.
We proud ourselves in small batches to ensure freshness and quality control.
As the name says all our products are bite sized morselz ... cookies,
fudge, Meringues, caramels, bark, chocolate covered fruit and lots other surprises around every corner ... !

All products are produced in a fully registered A-Grade kitchen that we sub-lease from. Finished products are then decorated and packaged onsite.
Melz Morselz is currently in the process of registering their own on-site kitchen, (in line with Food Act 2014/MPI which took effect 1 March 2016).
