I booked a birthday party for my daughters 12th birthday seeing the website and pictures as references as I didn’t have the time to check out the place myself and booked the party about a month ahead. I was told they were relocating which is fine but I didn’t expect it to be so incomplete to the point there’s no signs one child missed the first game because they couldn’t find the location, everyone else made it on time but had trouble finding the place. No proper flooring. The party room literally looked like a little conference room. Just seeing the disappointment on my daughters face as she went upstairs wasn’t what I wanted to see on my daughters birthday. It’s a torn down office. And we had to pay extra to be in the party room while the kids played laser tag so we were stuck outside the party room with just a few chairs for one hour. Pizzas also came 40 minutes late and as some kids had to leave a bit early, they couldn’t get any. We also had to follow up for drinks multiple times as we were told they’re bringing it to us, the kids had finished all the food and still no drinks. We also had to ask for the plates and serviettes that we got after the kids finished the pizzas. We felt rushed as there wasn’t much time after the pizzas arrived. It was a disappointing experience and should have been notified how unfinished the place was. It looks nothing like the website. I felt embarrassed as the parents came and dropped their kids off and they looked as confused as I was when they came upstairs. I do not recommend this place for a birthday party. Definitely not worth the money. Have asked for a partial refund but typical, no response.
Fun for school holidays activities. There are laser tag, 9 holes mini golf, bumper cars and arcade area. Kids always enjoying the arcade with so many fun choices..... They are so many cool games. My suggestion is always go with a budget. If not the kids will spend as much as they can. Can be very costly for big group children birthday party.
This place I would really recommend. We had lots of fun the Lazar Tag was great it was 15 minutes each game. I only had 65 tickets but the man at the counter said I could take anything I was really surprised! This place is great for you next visit!
The new venue is bad. The old venue had much bigger multi-floor arena - this is small and nowhere near as good. Lots of machines don’t work. Other laser tag venues better
Terrible! New venue is far from finished. Lasers wernt working. Staff had til and games turned off by 8.30pm couldn't buy drinks or play games when we finished our Laser tag and mini golf. Golf course is terrible! Stay away! Couldn't get into gate without a code yet they didn't mention this on the phone when we rang to book. The young guy who served us was polite but the other guy and girl were no good! Attended on 1.2.2023. Have been to the other venue and didn't realise it had moved very disappointing.
I'm posting this reluctantly, as I generally never leave reviews. Had my son's birthday party here, had been to previous location a couple of times over last two years and was pretty good then. New location has no signage at all at entry, it's located in an industrial/ business park with lots of buildings so ended up taking a number of calls from attendees wondering if they had the right location and where we were. Disappointing Lazer tag set up, extremely hot upstairs with no air con. Half the arcade machines either not working, or swallowed coins. While the gentleman who ran our party was okay, staff downstairs were on their phones or having personal conversations each other, while I was waiting for service at the front desk. One staff member complained audibly in front of the kids and in my earshot about them not knowing that a certain machine took two coins, not one, and that they should just know to read the sign on the machine, in a condescending tone. These were ten year old kids just wanting to get their money back. Had to request water for the kids, we were doing a party package and would have expected water and some drinks to be provided, then served all of one jug between 12 kids in the room. Poor customer service overall, not really made to feel welcome or acknowledged. Staff just seemed bored. Party room wasn't checked once, except when pizzas were delivered. Had to and request more water ourselves.
Poor customer service. Video displayed shooting targets that were not available in the facility false advertising. Only 3 bases. Old equipment, many guns not working. Phone booked for 16, yet only 14 packs were working. Laser tag arena not clean.
Really disappointed, guy turned up late to open up so we where left in the rain outside. Then walk in to disappointment. Place is nothing like the photos and description. Arcades games was disappointing to the point i was like is this all you have. Mini golf is 8 holes with only bricks on the ground ad the course took us a whole of 5min to complete. Kids enjoyed lazer tag but its nothing like the description in the website we played our games and went to timezone...should have done that to start with. Dont waste your money here.
Helpful staff but: there is no signage; the place is dirty; unfinished; games machines are old and tatty; trailing cable over floor; mini golf is a joke; it is basically a building site; absolutely 0% wheel chair accessible. We were late for our briefing and another party had multiple people who missed the game due to zero signage. There is none at all. Not one. Needs a lot of work. The old building was tatty and a bit chaotic, this drops to a significant low. Not at all recommended. There are better alternatives.
Used to be a great place to take the kids to. New place is incomplete, run down and just sad compared to the previous location.
