I had been to Mega zone yesterday as i wanted to play games. First when we went there we had some sort of food first we order fries, nachos and Mocha. To be honest we didnt had any expectation but it turned out good with good quantity as well. Good experience with food. After that we played games and it was good experience only that we had a Mega zone card but it was not smooth while placing it to start the games. We gathered too many points and with those points we got good goodies .
Thanks for the stellar customer service from the lady who was working today. We hope you enjoyed your slice of birthday cake. Highly recommend visiting Megazone for any special occasions.
Got scammed on claw machine. claw didn't open so someone scanned it for us the claw opened and we didn't get it, the staff then came and we told them what happened they then said it was OUR FAULT that we didn't get them to get it down when nowhere said that. We then asked if they could still get it down as we had evidence, but they refused. great place but the staff are selfish and greedy, they just do it for money sad to see a great place ruined by staff
We like coming here. It's more of a chilled environment, and we like that there is space to move. There are a good variety of games. Plus mini golf, Lazer tag and axe throwing. Mini golf isn't quite good as it used to be though and we haven't given the axe throwing a go yet. Over all we really enjoy Megazone and the prizes they have on offer
We spent Father's day here and it was an absolute blast. The staff is incredible, friendly and helpful. Destynee was an absolute sweetheart and the gentleman with the black hair was lovely as well. The Lazer tag is tons of fun and the VR was an amazing experience. The axe throwing is way more fun than you would expect. We played a round of connect 4 with he throwing axes and it was the most intense game of connect 4 I've ever played. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I would highly recommend giving Megazone a visit for a great time.
Average experience. The employees were very good and helpful. I expected it to be a lot bigger.
Cool place to go and play all sorts of games, it's a nice place to take the kids ,they are there one minute and gone the next it's a little expensive. A very enjoyable experience all round.

Loved it, so much family fun, laser tag is awesome. Handy having food there too, mini-golf has some good quirks, cool to try the escape room VR, I probably needed a bit more of a tutorial on how to use controls. Excellent array of high quality boardgames to shop. Staff were super nice and helpful. Thanks!
