Wow I give a BIG 101 up to this company. Not only where the respectfull, well spoken and polite while dealing with me they even went the extra mile to stay looking for my car that was in the middle off no where, with only land marks and ideas of where I left it, they didn't give up. My van was in Hamilton and I called them on Saturday evening. They removed it the next morning, on a Sunday. Strongly recommend the service. I have never dealt with other cash for cars services but these guys are pretty on to it. Thanks
Great team to deal with if you want quick car removal. I had an unwanted vehicle and it got removed in 1 hour by calling their cash for cars Hamilton number. Happy to deal with you guys again.
The prices on this place were too high for wreckers and awful customer service. I went to this place as it was next door to Allied Auto Parts, who are a delight to deal with I used to buy parts for my Honda. I have changed cars since and now I have a Mazda Allied only sells Honda and Toyota Luckily I found Any Mazz Spares. Half the price and a great customer service!!!
Got my mother to call on Thursday to get parts for my car. Quoted 200 for all + installation. Told Friday it would all be good. I went in on Friday. Found out they never had the parts. Told me they needed cash first to order the parts. Would be ready Monday morning. Came Monday morning no parts were there. Monday afternoon they were then handing me 1x part I ordered saying that’s all I ordered. After hours of talking to the manager and my mum who was also quoted the same they agreed to do what was originally asked. Then to find out tonight they’ve installed broken parts in to my car. Charged me and now won’t answer their calls. Will never shop through them again.
Google says they open till 4pm. Rang up at quarter to 4 and was told they’re shut and was hung up on. I live 2 seconds away would have been able to be there in time. Absolutely rude and horrible. Someone wanted to go home early. Wouldn’t recommend. Will not be buying from them at all
Really nice guys. I rang up before hand wanting a part - they said they had it without a slight delay I turned up and yup - they had it. Well done team. I would recommend.
