Ordered the Q Mochi Snowflake! All the toppings were great esp the taro balls. Good amount of dessert, I shared this between my wife and I but could have easily fed 3-4 ppl. Def recommend
Only one staff on. Service was not the best. Food wise, nice decent portion size. Large drink 700mls. Need to be careful as cups are soft.
Dessert was great but place was overcrowded and very busy. Wait approximate 30mins to find a table if you go after dinner. Look short staff so room for improvement for customer service
Read the reviews and seems like different staff members have different manners. Some employees hate Chinese and some don’t. When we got in they were all ok. Staff members very polite. I really don’t know how much you would hate Chinese while working at a Chinese bubble tea shop? I think the food is awesome
This is one of my family favorite sweet treats. We visited both Balmoral and CBD branches. Some of the staff at Balmoral branch are rude and ignorant. Somehow, during the last visit, we were really happy with the new staff's service. The dessert were great as always. Love the taro and mix nuts.
Drinks/dessert are fine but don't expect good service. We're regulars here and tonight we had an unfortunate accident as our paper straw couldn't poke through the plastic covering our drink. The drink spilled all over us and onto the floor our fault, so we were quick to try clean everything but the sad thing is that nobody even tried to help us or ask if we were okay. We asked for a mop and was told it was out the back. Someone ended up handing us a mop and we had to mop up the floor and clean the table. We went and bought a replacement drink and left, embarrassed. We had apologized to the staff and tried to explain what happened but they just looked at us and didn't care at all. Not once did anyone try to help. We didn't mind cleaning our mess but what got us was how the staff looked at us and watched while we struggled. Very sad as we're here every week and it seems like we're not worth looking out for.
I've come here many times and trust me on this, it is always too crowded and always too loud. It's very hard to find a seating, however the food is very nice. I love the food and can never stop having enough of it. The place is too small too and the bowls looks old.
Customer service is TERRIBLE. The asian girl with the glasses and long hair has a MASSIVE attitude problem. When we went to order she was rolling her eyes and sighing loudly. We then found a strand of hair in our food. What kind of monstrosity was this? Also, the food is very average. I heard the place was supposed to be good. Definitely WON't be coming back here again.
Pros: the desert taste quite nice. Cons: always crowded, hard to find a place to sit during dinner hours. I never see any staff ever cleans the table.
They ran out of snowflake ice and mango, so the alternative I ordered was just disappointing. It also took 30mins to get our order and while we were there the environment was so loud, and I don’t just mean from the ice machine but the staff kept dropping things and making really loud clashing noises. Just a really disappointing experience overall.
