Omg, I can't say enough how wonderful Tony and the guys looked after me as I was in hospital and they did an amazing work on my Holden and were absolutely % Profesional, I will recommend them to anyone. Not recommended. Poor service and attitude. Go at your own risk. It's better to stay away from them unless you're okay with taking a risk with your car's safety and your money.nnI went there just for a WOF. They told me I needed to change a part of my front tyre's suspension system and get a wheel alignment or else they won’t grant the WOF. I accepted their service, although it was slightly overpriced for what was provided.nnAfter less than a week of driving, I noticed that the front tires were wearing out unevenly It has never happen before. I took my car to a professional tyre service shop right away. They told me my wheel alignment was not properly done, and the wheels were tilted, causing the tyre to wear out so fast and unevenly. The tyre had only been used for less than 800km, and it was totally worn out with metal stripes in tyres coming out which could burst anytime. This is dangerous for the driver and anyone else in the car. This have never happen before to my tyres, until I did the part change and the “wheel alignment” here.nnI read other negative reviews from people who went there before, and it seems like the owner is very defensive and reluctant to accept customer negative feedback. So, I recommend you be careful if you decide to go there. I am very regret going there for a WOF.
Had a WoF check done here. It's an acceptable option for regular maintenance, but I wouldn't recommend it if additional services are required. It's over priced for the service provided, and sorry that the technician is not that experienced imo.nnAppend: I am. But no worries I'm just sharing my feelings, could be I'm too strict, so feel free to try it yourselves.
The owner of the auto repair shop is very friendly and honest. When my car wouldn't start, I took it to them for repairs and also got a WOF check, maintenance, new tires, and windshield wipers. The owner always provided me with the most reasonable repair options based on my car's needs and helped me save a lot of money. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends in the future.
