I'm a native Zimbabwean living in NZ and following my passion for smoking meat. I'm a dairy farmer by day, doting Dad by night and in between creating specialty rubs, perfecting sauces & creating smoking perfection giving you MEAT CANDY.
Born and raised cooking on coals, at 40, with help of my partner I am following my passion.
