Welcomed on arrival, the specialist on the floor today knows his stuff. We were impressed with his service and knowledge of the many bikes hes owned on the floor shop. Hassle free times looking at the electric moped in the store.
Great bunch. Perfect spot to spend a few grand on new biking gear which I did : workshop guys are very helpful as well. They were willing to change my tyre although they were 15 minutes away from closing. Top notch guys.
A couple years back as a University student I brought in my Hyosung for a WOF, the bike needed minor work done new headlight bulb. I was calling up the team for weeks straight trying to get a idea on the price, and they kept telling me they'd get back to me. One week they finally called, told me the price was $1300 and that the bike did NOT get a wof. The Headlight mount was apparently cracked. As a new bike rider, I took the bike home, learnt how to take a sports bikes fairings off, and found the headlight mount to be perfectly fine, just a little loose, and I replaced the headlight myself, to get WOF from another shop. To this day I have no justification or explanation from the business to why they charged me such a ridiculous price. I have never returned since, always taking my bikes to other shops.
Great team at MCR always met with a smile. Very helpful people and easy to talk to. Service work is fast, affordable and we'll done. Best bike shop I have ever been too by far :
Couldn't recommend MCR any more than I do already. They made the experience in purchasing my first motorbike a very pleasant and easy one. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Just had the first service done on my bike there and it was done very quickly considering I didn't have it booked in and at a reasonable price!

First-time customer: booked my bike in for a service and to get it up and running after a long time in transit storage. Really good, friendly and efficient staff.
