Good watch at good price and had wife's ears fixed
Went in to get my wedding band cleaned and they scratched the piss out of the inside of the ring and told me they did all sorts of filing and stuff to it. I just wanted a basic clean. Wouldn't normally care that they gouged the inside of the ring but that's where the engravings are. Hurts because of the sentimental value.

If i could give minus stars i would ..they destroyed my engagement ring and took no responsibilty for it after getting it replated i lost some of the detailing..i am emotionally scarred by this experience...i am now getting a really lovely custom made ring...not by them.
