The food and coffee we ordered need a lot of improvements. There are 8 of us and when our different orders came, it is not up to Macdonald's standard. In fact, was rather disappointed where this outlet does not serve MacDonald's Gourmet Burgers. So I ordered Double Big Mac, and when I first open up the box, the looks are so pathetic. There are hardly enough sauce on the beef patties. The Management needs to work on the staff's attitude towards food preparation and need to take pride in their own presentation of the food. The coffee served was totally undrinkable and makes one of my friends feeling sick and nauseated. I sincerely hope the management should have a thorough with the settings of the coffee machine. I gave 3 stars ratings basically base on one staff. A very friendly and attentive staff who bothers to constantly remind customers to watch out as the ground is wet and slippery due to the rain. While being busy, he kept us "entertain" and relate to different customers. Good Job! Parking: There are many parking spots and two right in front of the main entrance.
Awesome maccas, great friendly crew and couldn't fault the food. Restaurant interior very clean, modern with several separated dining areas to suit all types of people. Table service, counter service and self service. Great little toddlers area too.
Bought 3 share boxes some nuggets and some other meals quite disappointed with my Big Mac by the look of it was rushed but please why is it look like Big Mac but it’s a quarter pounder no lettuce another thing pls my kids were very disappointed with there drinks we didn’t order no sugar drinks all of our drinks are no sugar please improve your services also prepared our food Probably don’t rush cause we do paid for our food isn’t a voucher it’s money… I don’t want any refund or any just wanted next time please don’t rush our order just prepare properly… Parking: Drivethru park 3
Our number was called and staff member just walked away. Once we got to counter we had to call him back to make sure the order left on the pickup counter was ours. He hardly even acknowledged us, didn't even look over when questioned. Meal was very average at best. Bacon was super chewy, chips were over salted. Best thing about meal was the drink.
I myself do not really like take out, but my children love Macdonald's so we have stopped here on our road trips quite a bit. The service is fantastic, the wait time at drive through is minimal. We are happy to go here each timeFood: 4/5
Always good service here. Good to stop for a quick coffee or milk shake on long drives. Don't drive while you're tired folks.Food: 3/5
There’s a friendly guy who looks to be a manager constantly on the move…. Sweeping the floors and wiping tables down while seats are still warm. Very clean. Good stuff!! The wife notices this kind of thing!!
They have quick service and rarely make mistakes with your orders. It's small and on the main drag head either North or South. There are some beautiful sights to see around the area and you can stop at MacD's on your way pass.
