Worst experience I’ve had at MCDonalds apart from the wrong order last year. This year it’s someone cutting the chicken fillet in half and putting it in the burger, if they hungry rather cook a whole one to eat for themselves not rob me? Coke is 3/4 full…. Chicken is old not fresh, lettuce is slimy in a few places… Like is this what youngsters do for TikTok videos? Then apparently the ice cream machine had some issue and serve up icecream four times the regular amount….. This is the world we live in nowadays
I am really sorry that I had to do this. But it was just a very bad experience. I ordered 2 mcflurrys and when i got it 1 of them had NO flurry. and when i got the change there was missing 10c. I waited alotvof time for just this. Also the machine wasnt working.The app orders were no able to order.JUST NOT NICE.Also bad attitude. rolled eyes. •᷄ࡇ•᷅ stale chips.unclean cup.´ω`
Put a sign on or turn off your lights if you don’t want anyone to walk in during morning hours. I sat in my car and saw 5 people walked away too. Short staff is common issues among businesses, just communicate better and all good.
We waited 1 whole hour in the drive thru line tonight for a 10 pc chicken nugget combo. This is what we got. Half full fries that were cold, chicken nuggets missing and cold. No napkins. No sauce. Pretty poor outcome for waiting 60 minutes.Food: 1/5

Had difficulty paying for order due to an eftpos error. Tried many ways to resolve issue but to no avail. I appreciated the way they handled this situation and drove away a very happy hungry customer! Thanks for your service tonight or should I say early hours this morning!Food: 5/5
So get to the drive through and politely ask for steamed buns with my order only to be told aggressively that "we're not doing steamed buns tonight"....so...all the other times I ordered steamed buns with my order at this particular drive through at around the same time as tonight there wasn't a problem?? Like yes I understand it's a busy time this was about 1am in the morning but seriously it just felt like laziness to me. Just because it's busy you can't be bothered to steam buns because it would take a extra few seconds of your time? Wow. This really jarred me and had me speechless. To top it off I had just finished a long shift at work and was looking forward to a post work treat.
I only went to get a thickshake large, after a long wait in drive through, I got the large chocolate shake. BUT once again like many McDonald's, it was about two centimetres from the top. I am sure they do this to save money, so like always I told them I didn't order medium and expect it to be filled to the top, which they did and don't say anything. At $7 for their standard thick shakes, which are hit and miss on how much flavour you get, I started to get less of them, another disappointment from them.
Food is hot and fresh how it should be, service from humans at McDonald's is a thing of the past. Your order is made via the prepay machine of which you operate yourself, all the person at the desk did was call out my order number when it was ready. There's no dine in restaurant for customers nor is it ideal for taking children or families as there is nowhere to sit, it's more of a grab and go hole in the wall service. You'd be better off using the drive through service here unless you want a break from your vehicle. Kid-friendliness: Not ideal for children as there is no dining area only a single bench top and a couple of adult sized tall stools that is situated right next to the service desk.
The usual Mac menu. Taste is consistent as expected. More cost effective than local burger joints. No complaints.Food: 4/5
