Every time I've been through the drive through, we've been required to wait and pull over to receive our order. Then you have to run the gauntlet of how long you're waiting, and whether you'll receive the right order. Think we've only received the right order once. In the year we've been going there. Not really fast food and if you're in a hurry, probably better to go in store, or go to Silverdale.nnDefinitely some improvements to be made at the Whangaparoa store.
I brought a Large flat white coffee order number:154 and took 6 small sips and it's gone! it wasn't a large coffee as ordered but more like a small in a large cup! It was also a warm coffee and not hot.! I felt cheated! Now I wish brought one from Mobile I went in to tell her but got no where. Normally I love buying coffee here and it's always hot and to the top and takes least 12 sips before gone not 6! So now on I don't trust them and will have to open the lid when they hand it to me to make sure it's not a small in a large cup! I wouldn't trust them again and if half full they should do right thing and top it up! If this happens again
Horrible service, stood there for 20 minutes at the counter waiting for someone to let me pay for my order. Left without paying since they just wasted my time. Come here if you want to be ignored.

Shouting seems to be a regular occurrence, which creates a very unpleasant atmosphere.nnIt is noticeable that staff turnover is quite high, as there always seem to be new faces. The team members do not look happy, and it makes me wonder why there isn’t a system in place to monitor staff wellbeing and turnover within the franchise network.nnI have been to other McDonald’s locations where the environment is far more professional and welcoming, both for customers and employees. Sadly, this store falls well below that standard
