A big shout out to the team here! We stopped for coffee on the 20th of March in the afternoon and received excellent service from a very polite Filipino guy at the counter. He made us feel welcome and ensured our coffee was piping hot. It made our drive to Auckland much more pleasant. Thank you

Always forgetting the sides need to be thoroughly checking each meal you pack and make sure the sides are included.nIt’s a pain having to go back 90% of the time
I've been to this McDonald's multiple times and even when quiet with only a couple of customers just ordering a basic burger combo takes 10 to 15 minutes for them to make. it's even worse when it's busy you may be waiting up to 40 minutes on a Friday night. I generally avoid this McDonald's due to this.
Larger white woman had very bad attitude. Threw order on counter and called number. Large Coke wasn’t filled properly, probably 3 inch’s from the top. When asked what was going on, she grab it off me and put another inch in it and basically threw it back at me. Chips were cold and old, and once again large but got a half empty carton. Filet o Fish was like eating old dry rubber. Highly recommend to skip this place, absolutely disgraceful place.
