still not open and 6.40... no one in sightnridiculous!nif u want a good review open when u say you will!nopening time is supposed to be when customers can place orders not just when u should be starting to turn the machines on!
Lovely young lady served my daughter and was very friendly and personable. Couldn’t get her name but she is pictured in the photo below and served me around 12pm on 08/09/23 if anyone at this joint wants to reward her! There was also a man working out back who would warn customers if their food was fresh out the fryers which is something I haven’t seen before but I found pretty cool! Food was great and fresh and all workers interacted with my 1 yr old when she was trying to talk to them which was also lovely!
Hay shout out to the guy in red with black hat. Taking orders this morning. I work for a major airline and your customer service and professionalism repeating everyone’s order. Also encouraging your colleagues. I have not encountered that before at McDonalds. Management you better look after him!
Absolutely terrible service. One kiosk working. Enough staff to take front counter orders but not. So there’s a huge line with people getting impatient. Need to learn team work and multi tasking. Not impressed at all.
I have stopped here a few times. Normally for a coffee to take away and continue on my journey. The coffees have always been good, but service can take a while at breakfast time. To be expected.nThe building is tired, and has a few businesses in it. Could do with a refresh.
