We Was there this morning..the food was great which was served hot but the manager threw the tray on the table instead of placing it properly and I don't know what was put in the mopping solution which was very slippery. MY SON FELL ON THIS BOTH KNEES WHICH WAS AND IS VERY PAINFUL. my husband went to the counter and spoke to the indian lady who identified herself as a manager but she didn't do anything instead her only response was OK. I would like the owner's to change the policy on health and safety of customers and no body came and get our details and if anything happens to our son we will SUE McDonald Warkworth. This incident will be reported to WORKSAFE New Zealand.

Not a welcoming maccas, there's a rubbish skip out front which is off putting and the inside is not great. Even if the drive through and store are empty you are asked to park up and wait which is frustrating. The food is itself has always been consistent.
I placed my order and the number didn’t print out. I went to the counter to pay with cash and instead of just manually putting in my order she made me wait 15 minutes, I had to re-order it and still waited ages. In the end my coke was only 3/4 full. Literally after I waited 30 minutes.
Trying to compare McDonald’s in USA versus New Zealand chicken nuggets is good and had spicy options. A little bit too spicy for my liking but it’s good.
