Fantastic service from Kera today helping me to use the app to order. I'm an older person and hopeless with apps and things. She helped sort it out, patiently and kindly and assured me it wasn't a problem. Great service from this lovely girl, and really appreciated
We ordered our food with no one in the dining area. We waited 15minutes for our food. What's worse, some of our order was already made up and remained in the bag for over 10mins. By the time we ate it was luke warm and chips were cold and dry. When I complained the woman in the burka just noemotional said sorry and was more worried about the queue of cars in the drive through. You need to train your staff better and prioritize customers in front of you also put food in a warmer while the rest of the food was being made. Disappointed with speed service and food quality.
The coffee is acceptable. Definitely worth the awesome customer service 100% top tier customer service by Logan. Protect him at all costs. I always stop for my morning coffee on my way to work, and every time he has been polite, genuine and helpful. Always makes a difference to may day.
This McDonalds’ staff saved our BBQ .nnWe had forgot to bring salt and black pepper let’s face it is it even a patty grilling without salt and pepper? so we ordered fries and asked them to give us lots of salt and pepper on the side.nnThe lady I spoke to over the phone was an absolute champ! She deserves a raise!
Really nice food! Top-tier taste, I really liked the mold. %100 recommend, I never knew McDonalds tastes so good!
