My husband and I went to McDonald’s Thames after our Aglow Meeting at Church of Christ on 28/6/2024, Matariki!nnStaff were friendly and service was very efficient.nnWe highly recommend you to have a meal there if you happen to visit Thames as there’s no McDonald’s in Coromandel and Whitianga.
Someone behind the counter shouted that the milkshake machine wasn't working and everything was leaking. They made our milkshakes anyway and tried to clean the dirty cups. The cups were sticky and dirty and were handed to us anyway. The milkshake itself was warm and super runny. We decided not to drink it.
This young man around 17ish blonde and tall decided to give me a bad experience at your McDonald's. I was not greeted or shown any respect. How dissapointing
This was the dirtiest and worst Macca's I've ever been to. The bins were over flowing, rubbish on ALL the tables and this dirtiness flowed back into the kitchen. The big sign above the bin by the fryer clean as you go Was a joke!! I'd hate to see what it would look like when there busy
No sauce on any of the 4 burgers we ordered. Buns were old/hard/dry. Burgers were cold. We ordered 4 coffees 1 with 2 sugar, all came with sugar.
