Someone behind the counter shouted that the milkshake machine wasn't working and everything was leaking. They made our milkshakes anyway and tried to clean the dirty cups. The cups were sticky and dirty and were handed to us anyway. The milkshake itself was warm and super runny. We decided not to drink it.
Really poor service. No receipt printed on the self-serve and we did not receive three of our burgers, one burger missed ingredients. The employee that attempted to rectify the errors got frustrated and then the manager delivered the missing food she walked away without solving all the missing good or ingredients.
Horrible store. Always dirty and disgusting, even walking past to go to other shops all you can see if you overfilled bins and staff just talking to each other behind counter. They don’t know what table delivery is even tho they offer it‍ managers are useless. They don’t listen to complaints. Hands down worst maccas ‍ the food doesn’t make up for the poor service either. Can’t add items that we have paid for, cold fries, frozen coke that looks like it’s been sitting for hours? The management is horrible and can’t even reply to any complaints made on the maccas review app either. Have put a complaint in to headoffice.
Very badly managed place. Really untidy, loads of rubbish around their working space. Waited for about 30 minutes to get our order done and they did it wrong. It is quite a skill to turn a thoroughly organised fast food shop into this chaos.
Every time I summon the courage to visit this place, I find myself waiting at the drive-through, hoping for someone to take my order. Unfortunately, I consistently end up waiting for approximately five minutes before being served, or I simply drive through without placing an order. It is truly astonishing how this place manages to provide such a disappointing experience. One star is already too generous of a rating.
