Kia Ora just picked up our dinner got home and was absolutely devastated the colour of the chip box is now yellow but even worse where are the chips? paid for a large and got and small maccas Te Puke you have let me down
The drive thru shows 1 screen. Not the menu. It doesnt move across screens. Unless you know the menu. Too bad. So you ask staff for a simple value meal. What are my options. They dont know. Apparently cant use menu either. End up paying tor something I didnt want because the woman couldnt understand I wanted a simple burger with fries and drink combo. Never will I return
I’ve visited this location twice, and both times the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. My second visit was the worst. According to my receipt, we placed our order at 10:55 AM, and we didn't receive our full order until 11:34 AM.n​The coordination was terrible: they served our food first, but the McCafé staff assumed our coffees had already been delivered. We had to wait for them to start making the drinks after we already had our food trays. Waiting nearly 40 minutes in a fast-food restaurant makes no sense. This is the first time I’ve had such a poor experience at a McDonald's, and I definitely won't be returning to this branch.
We’ve come here a couple of times in the morning to order food, and all those days, the staff here are constantly arguing with each other, very loudly. It’s a put-off when you’re trying to eat and wait for our food. The supervisor/ team leader would be loudly telling the other staff what their jobs are, and the staff aren’t listening or arguing back. I understand that the team leader wants jobs done, and the staff are obviously irritated with their team leader, but discussions should like that should be made where customers can’t hear. Morning shift atmosphere is horrible.
The staff kept forgetting my things. I didn't mind when a hamburger was missing, and I tolerated when a toy I bought was not put in. Now it's even worse. Two things are missing from the meal. There is no meat, only vegetables!!! Think about it, who would go to McDonald's just to buy vegetables???
