Went thru DT only to sit there watching the 2nd lane only take orders. By then we had driven upto the window still waiting to order, only for them to get my order wrong at the next window. Didn't even get an apology There should be more communication between the team and the managers.
The service was ok, but it's getting in and out of the place. Coming into Te Puke, there are no signs to enter your business at night when you're tired.
McDonalds Te puke always has friendly staff and great coffee, if your a senior you can get your gold card discount and enjoy a hot drink for 3.00. Great maccas to dine on or takeaway.
Terrible service, clear to me staff member did not want to be there therefore made me feel like crap to roll up, kindly ask for what I wanted even though service was poor, pay my money and get a meal that was ok.
Decent Macca's, Kind Smiles from staff, quick service! My thoughts = the best Macca Denos in the Bay of Plenty.
