The staff kept forgetting my things. I didn't mind when a hamburger was missing, and I tolerated when a toy I bought was not put in. Now it's even worse. Two things are missing from the meal. There is no meat, only vegetables!!! Think about it, who would go to McDonald's just to buy vegetables???
I don’t want to put pressure on this store but whoever made my order last night…nnThat Burger was the most picture perfect burger I have seen! With the perfect amount of sauce. The meal was perfect and the coke nnI ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Mac Sauce and paid cash so can’t find the time sorry but it was between maybe 9:30-10:30 at night. They actually use the double quarter pounder Pattie’s in this store
Every single time I go there my order is incorrect.nI always ask to add extra stuff to a particular burger and its always wrong .. and stuff is usually missing.nGummon maccas do better please.im a local who would love to use you but its always wrong so im leaning more and more towards not using you anymore.nOrder accuracy thats all we ask .
Ordered food on uber eats after 11pm no gourmet menu, no problem order double qlb and recieve two rubbery Angus patties barely put together and stale fries. Place has turned upside down. Don’t know if this or Papamoa is worse now. Tauranga mcds stores are easily worst in NZ
Great service , friendly as, good food exactly what we ordered , nice and hot. Well done so different to last visit
