Stopped for a quick meal. Food was usual fare. The team member serving us was excellent. They provided us a loverly welcome and fast service.
Really friendly staff a great place to chillax and enjoy nature
terrible service. we ordered a spicy chicken burger, nuggets, and a cheeseburger without pickles and meat with a chicken patty instead. the order took 25 minutes and we didn’t get our drinks while we were waiting even though they were sitting on the bench the whole time. it was not even possible to ask anyone if they were our drinks. then the lady told us after we were waiting that long that the spicy burger was going to be another 7 minutes. we changed it to a chicken burger, got no refund, and when we went to eat the chicken burger patty was cold, the nuggets weren’t fresh, and the cheeseburger had chicken sauce as well as the normal tomato sauce and mustard which was not what we ordered. it was gross and we didn’t eat it. there was no apology or recognition that they missed our order and didn’t make it in the first place until last minute. wouldn’t go here again.
Items missing from order, served small size instead of large, drinks half full. Very poor customer service. Avoid if possible.
