I arrived at the drive through at approx 10.55am, there was a queue so had to wait to order. Finally got to the place to order and time was 11.04am. Placed my order for 3 bacon and egg mcmuffin combos only to be advised that the breakfast menu was over as from 11.00am. I told them we have been waiting to order, they said they are not doing breakfasts anymore and that i would need to order something else. I decided not to proceed with an order and had to wait in the drive through until i could get out. Absolutely disgusted with mcdonalds as i understood that they were doing all day breakfasts and even if they were not, i had arrved before 11.00am and i believe thay should have accepted my order.
Freaking disgusting- the amount of times I have visited here and each time it’s been horrible!! Stopped coming here since last year August and been going to bank street. Save your time and money and do the same thing!!! Everytime chips are old and cold like eating cardboard and everything taste like it’s been sitting since early this morning. Should be shut down with all the complaints I see.
I ordered some food through Uber Eats last week to have dinner at work with my co-workers. They left out four drinks and an entire burger. When I called the store, they refused to sort anything out, claiming they were just a third party—even though they were the ones who made the mistake. They even tried to blame the driver for not checking, despite sealing all the orders themselves.nMy co-worker ended up sitting there without any food.nToday, my family ordered through Deliver Easy, and this time I decided to check the order in front of the driver. Sure enough, they had left out our 10-piece chicken nuggets. Thankfully, our driver kindly went back and brought them to us.nThese two incorrect orders happened within a week. I’m incredibly disappointed in how you handle your mistakes—refusing to take any responsibility for the errors you’ve made.
Air conditioning was pretty cold. My partner had to go get a jersey out of the car. Buns on the burgers weren't very fresh, coke was lacking syrup and no paper towels provided when we chose table service. Won't be dining in at this restaurant for a while
Very friendly staff. Good atmosphere with ample seating inside. Food was made fresh and had lots of flavor. Flat white coffee was excellent. Definitely recommend if passing through the area.
