I visited the McDonald’s drive-thru around 6:21 PM and placed an order for two large sundaes. The whole process took about 10 minutes, which was pretty reasonable for the time of day.nnThe ice cream wasn’t super firm, but it still tasted great—smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. Both team members who served us at the drive-thru windows were excellent—friendly, professional, and quick with service. They really made the experience better with their positive attitude.nnGreat job to the crew working that evening! I’ll definitely be coming back.
Staff very busy but welcoming.nOrder take away and it was incomplete. Not coming back as I live out of Pukekohe.nPlease check all the time the order before leaving the premises as looks common that on big orders they are missing food.
I dropped in to get my free coffee by means of accumulated app points. Normally quicker if I drove through. But I called in and served by a Polynesian lass with a lovely personality. She made my coffee like I requested and tasted just like I like it. How great is that. A great start to my first day on holiday. The guy, 40ish I guess, personality of a wet rag could take a leaf from this young lasses book. Idk and dc she made my day. Oh I wasn't hungry so I didn't order any.

I recently visited this McDonald's and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the food was incredibly tasteless. It felt like I was eating cardboard rather than a meal from a well-known fast-food chain. To make matters worse, the wait time for my order was far too long, which only added to my frustration.nnWhen I finally received my food, I was eager to find a clean spot to enjoy it. However, the tables were filthy and, to my disgust, there were flies buzzing around everywhere. It was not only unappetizing but also unhygienic.nnOverall, my experience at McDonald's Pukekohe was far from satisfactory, and I hope they take steps to improve both their food quality and cleanliness. I certainly won’t be returning anytime soon.
