It’s a McDonalds.nnIt’s clean, lots of charging points for your phone or laptop.nnFood comes quick enough. There were enough staff on when I visitednnToilets were clean and workingnnPlayground for kids.nnBut the food is maccas.
I recently visited this McDonald's and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the food was incredibly tasteless. It felt like I was eating cardboard rather than a meal from a well-known fast-food chain. To make matters worse, the wait time for my order was far too long, which only added to my frustration.nnWhen I finally received my food, I was eager to find a clean spot to enjoy it. However, the tables were filthy and, to my disgust, there were flies buzzing around everywhere. It was not only unappetizing but also unhygienic.nnOverall, my experience at McDonald's Pukekohe was far from satisfactory, and I hope they take steps to improve both their food quality and cleanliness. I certainly won’t be returning anytime soon.
Whoever was working the night shift on Sunday the 27th of april 2025 around 8:30pm. Has very poor service & intentions. Now I don't complain much but I would like to have my burger made the exact same way as my husband's perfect not as a damn slider on paper.??nPhotos would of been provided but it's out on the road for a hungry cat instead because it was THAT disappointing.

Be aware. We sat here tonight and watched a young worker tell the manager no he can't re wrap the burger he just dropped on the floor. Thank goodness for her cause he was going to wrap it and put it in someone's bag. She's continuing to have to correct him while he's getting orders wrong. She needs a raise. He needs to be fired! Absolutely disgusting!
