Extremely disgusting behaviour by the manager tonight, was so shocked to discover how rudely she behaves with her staff, and also back stabbing customers whilst customers are still in the restaurant. i left the restaurant feeling so bad for the staff member how this manager was talking to her like she was an animal. i will be sure ti hit up the head office because this is not on
I am writing on behalf of an Uber Eats driver to highlight a serious and ongoing issue at McDonald's Papamoa.nAfter 11:00 PM, the staff at this location consistently and deliberately delay Uber Eats orders, regardless of how busy the restaurant is. Drivers are forced to wait 30 minutes to over an hour to collect orders that have already been fully paid for by customers. These repeated delays often lead to order cancellations, which wastes drivers’ time, causes loss of income, and creates unnecessary frustration.nnIn contrast, McDonald's Mount Maunganui sets an excellent example. The staff there are polite, efficient, and highly professional. Uber Eats orders are prepared promptly, and drivers usually wait only 5 to 7 minutes, even during busy periods. For this, I sincerely thank the entire staff and management at the Mount Maunganui branch for respecting delivery partners and providing outstanding service.nUnfortunately, the behaviour at McDonald’s Papamoa is the complete opposite. The difference in service standards between these two nearby branches is very noticeable and unacceptable. If Mount Maunganui McDonald’s can manage Uber Eats orders efficiently and professionally, there is no reason why the Papamoa branch cannot do the same.nI strongly urge McDonald’s management to investigate this issue, address the late-night delays at the Papamoa location, and ensure that the same standards of efficiency, professionalism, and respect for delivery drivers are maintained across all branches.
Tables, touch screens, doors handles did not appear to be wiped down regularly; public toilets were not serviced often enough - water and paper on the floor. Flat white coffee was tasteless.nnI'm glad that I had my own bottle of sterilized cleaner for my hands.
Went to Papamoa McDonalds today at 1035am. Brought a Mac attack. The chips were stale, and dry. Like they had been sitting for hours and just heated up. There was no crispness, little salt and the burgers were full of lettuce. Not the usual standard I have always recieved when visiting. They way the staff spoke was like they didnt want to be there. No, please or thank you. When I was told to 'Have a good day', I actually felt sorry for the staff member for working there. This waa through the drive through.
The most rudest store I have been through, no respect and makes so many mistakes, I wasn’t served for 10 minutes as I am standing in front of counter watching 6 of them having yarn. And been through the drive through their speaker won’t catch what you saying or they have missed something or didn’t follow what I wanted.nI will not go back there the way I got served.
