The cleanest, friendliest McDonald’si have ever eaten in. Food made with pride, hot, fresh, friendliest service, tables constantly cleaned, spotless toilets. Excellent. Well done to the whole team.
I made an online order and sent my mate in to get it after it was finished, and they forgot my 2 drinks which is no biggie. I sent my mate back to get the missing drinks and he came back with these, after being ridiculed by the managers. This is ridiculous guys straight up no reason to do this, cheers.
Greate friendly service.nStopped by at 11:30pm on a long road trip, the dining area was closed for the night but because our hired vehicle was too big for the drive through they kindly allowed us to order inside.nAnd the coffee was good :D
I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. We placed an order on the app at 10:50 a.m., and nowhere on the app did it say we had to collect the order before 11 a.m. Due to a massive drive-thru line, we didn’t reach the window until 11. Even though we had already paid around $60, they refused to give us our breakfast items because it was after 11.nnThe manager was extremely rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying there was “nothing they could do.” We then called the McDonald’s customer service helpline, who agreed the situation wasn’t good and said we should go inside and speak to staff. When we went inside, we were treated just as badly. Staff were laughing, being rude, and again saying nothing could be done.nnIn the end, we had to completely reorder and repay for different food, costing us around $80 more, and then waited another 40 minutes. They still forgot one of our drinks. Altogether, we spent about an hour and a half dealing with this whole situation.nnThe lack of communication on the app, the poor customer service, and the rude attitude from staff made this an awful experience
had the Mc Spicy Dunked fillet very tough chicken, very spicy, and chips. Sat down to eat chips were cold, got them replaced all good. Not feeling the best today,
