Got 8 Hasbrowns and they were all stuck to the packets and were soggy and very oilly. They were not hot. Been there before and have to roder 10 or more to get nice fresh ones, but that is a lot of money to spend when you just want a coupld of nice hashbrowns to eat.
This McDonald's is very great!nTheir service is always perfect.nThe order is always correct and very fast!!nAll staff are friendly and smiling even though they are in busy time, which is thankful.nnThere are toilets, playground for kids and ANZ ATM outside.nThere are many tables, too.nGood atmosphere, good service nnYou will never be disappointed by them!nWhen you are lazy and don't want to cook, come and buy hamburgers!!
Nothing to complain about a solid maccas, food came out fast and and was tasty.nAn amusing observation was people were using the restroom after ordering on the machine and if they weren't out before the food was ready an older lady would bellow their order number repeatedly across the restaurant until they arrived. Oh and our kids complained that the play ground was rubbish.
I went here with a group of people for a quick coffee/toilet stop while on our way to somewhere else. Place was absolutely feral filthy. Floor sticky and in parts greasy + slippery, bathrooms had no TP , piss everywhere, bins were overloaded and needed a good wiping down, windows greasy and covered in fingerprints, flies around. I mentioned to the staff about the bathrooms even the disabled one was really disgusting. They had no interest in getting the issue resolved. Yuck place needs to be looked at by a health department. McDonald’s is meant to be a reliable place to stop into on a road trip for a rest, bathroom break and a little pick me up. I’d never go back here.
We love the food but the cleanliness in this outlet is poor. We complained to McDonalds 2 months ago and they replied. But on our next visit nothing has changed as you’ll see from the photos which don’t really show how dirty the place is. Uncleared rubbish. Dirty tables and handles. I complained again to McDonalds HQ but no reply this time round. Hence this review. Very disappointing from a brand I’ve supported for 30 years. .
