This McDonald's is very great!nTheir service is always perfect.nThe order is always correct and very fast!!nAll staff are friendly and smiling even though they are in busy time, which is thankful.nnThere are toilets, playground for kids and ANZ ATM outside.nThere are many tables, too.nGood atmosphere, good service nnYou will never be disappointed by them!nWhen you are lazy and don't want to cook, come and buy hamburgers!!
I ate the most tasteless quarter pounder in history, but it’s not just this location. Another in the north island was almost as bland. Like the cheese was tasteless, the burger tasted like nothing. The only thing I tasted was the pickles. This was legit a good LOOKING burger but haD ZERO flavor.
Always an amazing service, staff are fantastic!! Food.. Its Mc Donald's.. Unfortunately I used the toilet which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. 2 different lots of feaces on the walls, and the bowl of the toilet looked like something straight out of a horror Renters episode. I will avoid the toilet next time my wife has a maccas craving.
To the Manager of McDonald’s Motueka,nnYour behaviour tonight was absolutely embarrassing for yourself and for the stores reputation. An honest mistake did not warrant the complete overreaction you displayed. As a manager, professionalism and respect should be the standard, yet your response was anything but.nnIf you are unable to treat people with respect, perhaps management is not the right role for you. You could take note from the way other customers reacted calmly and respectfully rather than resorting to a childish outburst.nnI hope that you can reflect on your actions from tonight and realise there was no need for such aggression and could've been handled in a mature way.nnHopefully upper management can resolve this.
We love the food but the cleanliness in this outlet is poor. We complained to McDonalds 2 months ago and they replied. But on our next visit nothing has changed as you’ll see from the photos which don’t really show how dirty the place is. Uncleared rubbish. Dirty tables and handles. I complained again to McDonalds HQ but no reply this time round. Hence this review. Very disappointing from a brand I’ve supported for 30 years. .
