The food was very oily dripping. We ordered x2 double cheese burgers, one being with extra sauce because usually it’s very dry and exactly as we thought the other one was VERY dry. But the one we got extra sauce with was drenched. photo was taken after already removing the mountain of ketchup that was on top. Thew it out as it got really soggy. Explains why only one of our cheese burgers were wrapped and one got pretty much thrown into a box.
Ordered a chicken McMuffin. Got some awful sausage McMuffin with not a drop of sauce
If i could rate less i would. We are from wellinton and are in Levin for a church event so we dropped in to get some breakfast. What a sight to walk into. There were trays of finished food on the counter above the bins, rubbish on the seats, benches & tables. When we made our order via the kiosk we could see and hear staff laughing and joking around in the front of the store. We received our order via table service. I approached the counter as we had a drink missing, a male wearing a grey shirt did not apologise let alone make eye contact, he swiftly grabbed the drink and placed in on the counter. I went back to the counter 15min later and asked for a small bag, no acknowledgment of a customer standing at the counter. I had to speak up and ask for a bag.
Dropped by on our drive from Wellington to Auckland and looks like we beat the lunch crowd, got in our orders, got a table, then our food and then the crowd poured in. Service was pretty fast, food was good. Parking’s tight, but there’s a big lot in the grocery store on the north side.
Worst mcdonalds I have been to. Ordered a coffee, came cold asked to have it remade, 2nd one was hot but weak and he over frothed it. The guynwho served me had a terrible attitude. I also ordered a snake wrap very disappointing, only one small piece of chicken and hardly any lettuce. I will not stop again.
