Ordered iced chocolate medium size here in Levin. Rather disappointed as drink was not like the picture advertised on self service kiosk or that on the McDonald’s website. Young lady who made the drink did not put any effort into drink. 3/4 cup full on milk with about 5 pumps of chocolate syrup, and then more milk to fill. No ice. No whipped cream at all. No effort, not enjoyable. Will not be ordering again as I ordered Iced chocolate and got lwarm milk chocolate.
Christmas day, drive thru to pick up food bypassing Levin. Fast, efficient service from a friendly young female staff member in the drive thru lane. Took our order quickly, polite, professional and food delivered quickly. Good food, good service.
Delivered food. I contacted Uber eats and they said they can't do anything because it's a quality issue with mcdonals. The fries where half cooked and only half full. The drinks where only half full . And 2 of the burgers had no cheese ... Payed good money for a very disappointed meal
The food was very oily dripping. We ordered x2 double cheese burgers, one being with extra sauce because usually it’s very dry and exactly as we thought the other one was VERY dry. But the one we got extra sauce with was drenched. photo was taken after already removing the mountain of ketchup that was on top. Thew it out as it got really soggy. Explains why only one of our cheese burgers were wrapped and one got pretty much thrown into a box.
I ORDERED A HOT HONEY MCRISPY AND A FROZEN COKE. I was told there was no frozen a nek minnit someone else I know has a frozen?? And then I ordered my hot honey crispy and it was just a regular mcrispy with NO HONEY. I’m extremely disappointed I have been scammed TWICE Iñ the span of 5 minutes.
