Absolutely LOVE Levins Maccas, ALWAYS done me right, dont listen to the haters and the bad reviews about oily food, thats the point of maccas, should have known better beforehand ahaha!! Up Levin Maccas!! better than palmys
Absolutely terrible! Waited ages for our food only for my mother’s nuggets to be completely cold , along with most of our food. Not fresh at all. I ordered a “medium” hot chocolate and then was told they only do “one size” why advertise an absolute lie!nOn top of that the worker walked away and another came back with next to no help.
Wonderful service from the young lady behind the counter. The order was in a timely manner. The atmosphere was lovely.nThanks, much appreciated
Turned up at 9.50pm 26/7/26 to grab a burger, road cones over the driveway and front door locked, this is supposed to be 24 hour. I walked up to the drive through window seing if anyone was around so I could ask when they were re opening.. seen about 4 people standing around behind the window so I knocked, ine of the guys pointed to me at the window and a guy came over, I'm assuming the manager. I asked when they were re opening as I thought maybe it was a change of shift and would only be a few mins but nah all I was told was they were closed, I said yes I can see that but when is the drive through re opening and all I was told oh nah we are closed. I asked again, I said you are 24hr but your closed all night, he said ye we are closed... was like talking to a brick wall! Worst customer service ever, no explanation absolutely nothing! If you are short staffed then bloody say so or atleast offer some reason, he was rude as. I told a few other people on my way back to the car that I had just been told they were closed for the night without a reason, they were pretty annoyed, who knows how long they were waiting, presuming you would re open... atleast put a note on your door, do something! No good guys
If i could rate less i would. We are from wellinton and are in Levin for a church event so we dropped in to get some breakfast. What a sight to walk into. There were trays of finished food on the counter above the bins, rubbish on the seats, benches & tables. When we made our order via the kiosk we could see and hear staff laughing and joking around in the front of the store. We received our order via table service. I approached the counter as we had a drink missing, a male wearing a grey shirt did not apologise let alone make eye contact, he swiftly grabbed the drink and placed in on the counter. I went back to the counter 15min later and asked for a small bag, no acknowledgment of a customer standing at the counter. I had to speak up and ask for a bag.
