Terrible coffee, bitter and barely warm. Had i the patience and time to go back and complain i would have done so. I think because they are understaffed, the coffee in takeaway cups is already pre- brewed and waiting some place. I didn't even see anyone make my coffee as I was observing them. Spoiled my nice apple pies. Stores is New though.
Mad shoutout to Kumeu McDonalds. They gave our kids the wrong toy/book in a happy meal. Went back after a meltdown staff sorted it. Just wanted you to know it was appreciated.
Probably one of the worser Maccas in AKL, although the quality of the food is absolutely finecompliments to the cooks and food handlers, it's the service and completey ineptsocially and mentally youth on the drive thru window that truly let it down. But it's no Glenfield Mcdsyikes so it has that going for it I suppose.nnIn saying all this, pre order on the app for drive thru and you will likely have no issues here.
Not sure what the other reviews are on about but we had a great experience here. Our food was better than any other maccas we’ve been to despite coming at a very off peak time around 1am. Service was kind and extremely fast!
Three of us older people who hadn't been to a McDonalds for years, had read terrible reviews of the Huapai shop. However we were most happy with the food, the coffee, the people were nice and friendly. Nothing to complain about!
