Terrible coffee, bitter and barely warm. Had i the patience and time to go back and complain i would have done so. I think because they are understaffed, the coffee in takeaway cups is already pre- brewed and waiting some place. I didn't even see anyone make my coffee as I was observing them. Spoiled my nice apple pies. Stores is New though.
This place is an absolute disgrace to the McDonald’s name. I ordered a Chicken & Bacon combo and got a dry, depressing chicken patty slapped between two buns no bacon, no lettuce, no sauce, nothing. It looked like a half-finished sandwich made by a toddler during a power outage. The Bacon & Egg McMuffin? No egg. Literally. Just bacon and muffin. At that point, I was almost impressed by how consistent they were at being incompetent.nnThe double cheeseburger looked like someone sat on it and then thought, “Eh, good enough.” It was completely flattened, crumpled, and had an actual handprint embedded in the bun ,no exaggeration. Every item was in the wrong wrapper. Fries were cold, soggy, and thrown in like they were being punished. No napkins. No straws. No care.nnIf you're thinking of visiting this location don’t. It’s not even “bad fast food” levels of bad. It’s actively offensive. You’re better off eating literally anything else including the paper the food was incorrectly wrapped in.nnOne star feels way too generous for this dumpster fire of a restaurant. This McDonald’s needs a complete staff overhaul, better management, or just to be shut down entirely. Pathetic.
Really disgusting. The burgers were dripping in grease, see photo attached. I can't believe it was given to us like that, considering we had to park up and wait so long. This McDonald's lacks basic standards, they just never improve. Don't bother wasting ur time here, place needs to be shutdown.
I just got Uber eatsnI ordered two happy mealsnOne with a cheese burger with extra pickles - received no pickles in burger.nOne with chicken nuggets - my sauce my daughter loves this saucenTwo small soft drinks with no ice.nOne was fine the LnP was flat no fizz at all!nNo tissues and no straws.nnHas happened before but now its just getting stupid! I normally never complain but after paying 20-30 dollars I feel so annoyed.
Absolute terrible experience on the 18/09/2025 at 8pm by an young female employee. We went inside to order food. I ordered a mcflurry and a combo, when my order was ready, the lady slid my food across the counter and didn’t give me a spoon or straw. I took one scoop out of my mcflurry and the whole of the inside was missing, when I asked for a full McFlurry she just looked at me, snatched it out of my hand and walked off then returned with extra on top. Not a single word from her, no sorry, not a peep. I get it’s only mcdonalds but it’s not cheap anymore, we’re paying decent money for shit food and the workers can’t even say a simple hi or thank you, nor a single smile. Customer service since Covid has just been shocking. Sort it out Mcdonalds in Kumeu!!! Outrageous
