My kiddo loves the play area so that is our main reason for visiting. Most of the time the service is slow, it would seem that they are understaffed. There is a lady who keeps the tables nice and clean and she does it quickly and efficiently too.
I would have to say this is the most unwelcoming McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The staff don’t interact. The counters are designed to keep people away. Rubbish bags sitting in the middle of the restaurant. The restaurant is grubby and dirty.
Not a single clean table, disgusting. Even the seats were filthy. nnEdit to update, the cheeseburgers were an absolute fking disgrace and cold to boot. Pretty sure there was actually dirt on my fillet o'fish bun. I should have checked the reviews before coming here. Worst $35 I have EVER spent. Worst McDonald's I have EVER seen and I literally travel the country for a living.
Busy as when we dine-in for quick lunch, and all good. We had the famous Kiwi Angus Burger limited edition and hope this will stay for good coz it is SO AWESOME! Better than our Angus Burger in AU.nWomen's restroom is clean as well
Late on Tuesday night last week, I went through the drive-through, and I had the best customer service experience with the girl taking my order. She was so sweet and kind, and my order was made to perfection. I recommend going to this Maccas as you won't be disappointed!!!!
