Ordered food on the kiosk and then ordered coffee in a separate transaction a few minutes later. It took us eating the food and then asking about the coffee.... and then asking again as the girl forgot for us to get our coffee. 20 minutes later. I understand its a long weekend and potentially busier... but it wasn't overall busy at the time. The toilets need attention!
Worst experience. They just tgrow some meat and bread pieces in the burger box. Not clean. Wrap was so dry. Chicken was overcooked and not juicy.. the kids play area have no ventilation and it stinks inside.Food: 2/5
NOT recommended! My first experience of MacDonald in NZ. Look at how pathetic is the double cheese burger and Mac Spicy burger. The double cheese burger was so thin, and the Mac spicy chicken $9.40 is a small little piece. Worse ever Mac Donald I ever had.
Came thru drive thru with my grandma the girl at the drive thru window was so lazy she couldn’t give my grandma the payment machine. She expected my grandma to get out the car and tap on the built in paywave thing by the window. I told my grandma to ask her for the money machine and tell her u can’t reach you shouldn’t have to get out of the car. We ordered 2 of the grand Big Mac combos 10 nuggets and I ordered a double mcchicken combo. My burger only had lettuce and 1 chicken paddy. And in the bag there was 2 chips not 3. So disappointing had to come home and cook anyway. We would like a refund or the meal replaced please!
I recently visited the McDonald's restaurant in Bombay, Auckland and overall, I was satisfied with my experience. The place was clean and tidy, which is always important to me when dining out. The staff were helpful and friendly, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. As for the food, it was what I would expect from a McDonald's restaurant. The quality was consistent with my previous experiences at this chain. However, I did have a couple of issues with my experience. Firstly, the restaurant was quite cold, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience. I understand that fast food restaurants can't always be perfectly temperature controlled, but it was a bit too chilly for my liking. Additionally, the floor was quite slippery, which made me feel a bit uneasy while walking around the restaurant. It's important to keep the floors clean and safe for customers, so this was a minor issue but one that I hope can be addressed in the future. Overall, my experience at the McDonald's restaurant in Bombay, Auckland was satisfactory. While there were a couple of issues, they were minor and didn't greatly impact my overall enjoyment of the meal.
Orderd two Mc Spicy burgers only to find out four pack of chips. To make it worse they don't answer any phones. Please double check your orders Esp take awaysFood: 1/5
The drive thru service is always amazing although when I received our order some items were not what I had asked for, I noticed the drinks were not what I ordered so the young lady change it for me which was very nice of her, my daughter thought we had all our burgers so I let that slide.. until we got home and saw that her burger was not packed, this is the second time this mistake has happened we brushed this off because we didn’t want to make a big fuss over a burger. Everything is almost perfect, and I so get it when you guys are under the pump but pretty please make sure you guys double if not triple check before sending off customers orders. Thank you for your amazing work otherwise
One of the last customers of the night. It was a bit dirty, unwiped & uncleared tables. The doors had been blocked/locked/jammed with the wet floor signs to stop new customers coming in but there was nothing said to those still inside about how to exit. Perhaps a quick walk around to advise each customer where to exit would be a good idea.
Last two occasions, service has been poor. Small amount of customers and staff do not know how to multi task or work together to get the food out in an orderly manner. The cleanup crew can not keep up with rubbish and cleaning of tables.Food: 4/5
Stopped in to get a happy meal for my five year old and a cheese burger combo with extra cheese burgers. My five year old is spewing her guts out from the French fries, the kid is never sick she got such a fright as she has not been sick since she was one. None of the printers had paper to print receipts the burgers were a mess most of the sauce was on the outside. I will never eat there again and would not feed it to my dog. Check order #125 on 21/11/22 the staff were walking around looking like the didn't have a clue or couldn't care less, totally disgusting worst McDonald's experience I've ever had
