Beautiful food , fresh and tasty. Service was excellent especially considering it was busy with the long drive through line which seemed to flow through well. Atmosphere inside was good, clean and tidy , I only gave a 4 for Atmosphere inside as the music in our seating area on seating was quite loud but soon lowered in volume soon after .
Had to do a quick dash to see a friend in hospital. Great place to stop for breakfast. Coffee was just what I needed. The food an added bonus. Thank you.Food: 5/5
I would like to give a big shout out to the staff as under pressure of a packed drive thru and dine in, also to the lady who did our order 191 today, we appreciated once you came to the front there was order and more control. Again we say thankyou. Fast service and efficient. Kid-friendliness: Fast and efficient to my kids needs. Parking: Parking is good and love the upgrade with the car park.,no more pot holes.
Good for a snack on the way past. Its pretty small and there is no play area for the kiddos. Most of the staff were young but going a good job. Might have overdone it on the lettuce in my big mac but otherwise food all good Kid-friendliness: No play area so the kids were upset. If you want to let them expell some energy while road tripping, find another maccas or stop at a playground
Great service on a wintry Sunday night! Daniel took my order accurately and let me know about the deal on barista coffee at the moment. Everyone was super chill. An enjoyable experience team!
Check your order here, they always miss out food. Just went tonight through the drive through had to empty bag to show that the sweet and sour sauce had been left out before the Manager would give it to me, she may have been having a bad day but didn't have to be so rude it was just sweet and sour sauce.Food: 1/5
On Rātū I called into McDonald's at Matamata for Brunch. Haven't been there before at all. I ordered using the Self Help Kiosk, and requested kai be delivered to my table. I didn't have long to wait. My meal was delivered with a smile and a very friendly young person. The quality of the kai was excellent, kāwhe was perfect, I loved the atmosphere of the place. There was a really ka pai vibe. Lots of ka pai places to sit, clean toilets, ka pai parking. Loved everything about the place.
Drove away with incorrect burger and part of the order missing. When I went back into the shop and requested the correct items the lady was rude, even eye roll, then stood a wee way off saying to a colleague that people should check their orders. Wrong order no worries it happens, rude attitude however!
Oops I wrote the previous comment for the service station and I was on McDonald's lol sorry bout that. McDonald's was great even though I don't eat there food. We had 2 different kind of breakfasts, and we shared. It was lovely my daughter took her egg off her burger and ate it last due to the cost of them nowadays. We went through the drive through, the service was quick and easy the staff were polite, and can you believe this from me, I loved the burger and chips and drink. Keep smiling and kp up the good work
Very clean and tidy and staff were pleasant and friendly to deal with and didn't have long to wait for our meal. Only 4 stars overall because the carpark is terrible if you are parked and the drive through line is full you cant back out until the line has cleared unfortunately this is just how it is.Food: 5/5
