The food was good, but the place wasn’t the cleanest and some of the staff didn’t seem to be very friendly. The most surprising ting was that you have to pay when visiting the bathroom. I haven’t encountered this till now and it’s extremely strange. The lady told me it’s for the cleaning lady, but isn’t she an employee of McDonalds? Meaning she’s paid by the company?
Located in the heart of Brussels central. A cool ambience and a really large place with different dining areas. A helpful and nice staff. I really liked the service, specially when I compare it from German McD. We ordered our food and got the order number which later on they brought to the table. The menu is different and the food did taste good.
I think of the best McChicken meal i had on this branch. So fresh burger , quickest service and everything well clean. Hats of to staff and managers. The burger bun were also so fresh and not carefully heated!
Food was delivered very fast which was really appreciated. They gave the food with big smile. The bathrooms were NOT free to use as they asked money because was cleaning the toilets. I would appreciate it if Macdonald atleast give their customers a free visit to the bathroom. As for the atmosphere it is not safe.
Stopped by for Royal Fish Burger before catching Thalys back to Amsterdam. It was delicious! Much better fish burger than what I had in other countries. And they had caramel sundae finally!Food: 5/5

The place is so well located but I noticed that the only option to eat inside is to order a meal and stuff will pass you it to the table. Poor employees have to seek the correct number through all those tables. A great advantage is the possibility to recycle caps, straws and lids in separate containers.Food: 4/5

I recently visited a McDonald's location and overall, I had a decent experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I ordered a Big Mac meal with a medium fries and a Coke. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. The Big Mac was delicious and had the perfect balance of flavors, and the fries were crispy and seasoned well. The Coke was also ice-cold and refreshing. One downside was that the restaurant was quite busy and crowded, so there was a bit of a wait for a table. But overall, I was happy with my meal and would definitely return to this McDonald's location. Parking: Not easily accessible by car.
Not safe at night. Coke zero had a weird taste of lemon. Staff is throwing food to your face even if you're sober and polite... Self ordering was not fluent as I had to indicate a table number. I had to queue and pay at the counter at the end...
