DISGUSTING SERVICE AND HYGIENE FROM JACOB THE MANAGER. Drive thru was an absolute JOKE and I can’t even come in and get my food over the counter coz it freaks the staff out, lock the doors then lol rude manager and rude teenaged looking staff. Sad that the older MĀORI lady named Lucy knew how to showcase impeccable customer service EVEN WHEN HER SHIFT HAD ENDED. What a star. Jacob was a joke and should not be in charge
We bought 2 children's happy meals, they were happy, but we bought 2 double quarter pounders and we're very happy with them . We bought 2 Angus beef burgers, these were totally disgusting the patty was dry and very hard, it must have been cooked quite some time ago the lettuce was wilted and fit only for the bin . I spent 73.80 for this meal , and regardless of how much the children beg to go to macdonald's the answer will be no.
Outrageous service. 4 Times in a row of ordering and they mess it up. This time they took the order literally "One Hotcakes" and got literally one hotcake.Food: 1/5
Simply put...no extra Meat Patty... Processing rather than Qaulity controlling each individual order...maybe next time she be beaut Still no extra pattie as asked and paid for an on top of that...Patties were only Big Mac ones on a Boss Burger...no reason given
the manager was extremely rude to us and she refused to serve us certain things. she wasn’t wearing correct uniform and was extremely blunt, also the food was cold and soggy and they also our hot drinks were cold, however the crew worker that was in drive thru was extremely lovely and was apologising. I would not visit again if this manager is working
Could be cleaner. Outside grimy too. Bins need emptying. Staff friendly. Hard working. Food ok is what it is. Parking: Plenty with bins for rubbish if they hv emptied them
Very mid overall. It’s very hit or miss here. I’ve had occasions where the food is exceptional and came really fast even at really busy times, and I’ve had others where the food was abysmal, especially the drinks tasting weird, and the service taking forever despite it being quiet. It’s okay, i’ll keep going there because it’s the only maccies near me, but it’s definitely quite inconsistent. TA mcdonalds is better but hardly worth the commute for takeaways.
Busy lunch time, but our food came in a timely fashion way. Small playground for kids, enough to entertain them to let us eat with a little peace. I like the layout , with a big table in front of the cashier. Heaps of parking space and well located.
Avoid Cambridge maccas unless you want to be treated like an inconvenience and given wrong orders/small fries even if you order a large. Ordered Maccas today and asked for the fries to be topped up because they are always giving way less. This was the weight of our fries today. I’m so fed up with receiving less than what I pay for and then being treated poor by staff because of it. My Chicken BACON burger also had no bacon on it. Get it together Cambridge Maccas, or just shut it down. Called head office today because managers/owner at store level never call back. I will not be back and will drive the 30 minutes elsewhere.
My first experience with with the drive thru and I loved the double bay ordering system. Everything was fine till after I ordered and paid I was told to wait but that was a 20min wait!! Second time I went back on a different week and day, I went inside to order but no one would serve me at counter, just look at me weird lol I found locals automatically using the kiosk ordering system so I followed suit and found out kiosk worked, and waiting was 45mins. While waiting I informed other customers to use kiosk to avoid the awkward looks. The whole time there my teenage son was sitting in the cubicles just before the playground and he mentioned to me about the yelling, I didn't realised up the front while waiting for my order till I went to sit with him, you can hear the yelling of a staff member most likely the person in charge that day very, very clearly.
