I ordered an Almighty Texan BBQ burger, and this is what I received. This looked like it had been thrown together. I thought I'd take a photo to then notice on my phone camera, a hear through the burger. Then to top it off, their system crashed leaving me passing the franchise until I could be refunded. Not even one stuff member was wearing a hair net!
The atmosphere was ok, just a little old, perhaps they should refurbish this McDonald's. I wasn't sure why there's a few orders that came late and they got theirs first, but I don't really care maybe they are out of my orders?nnBut what disappoint me was the amount of hot chocolate and coffee they gave is I don't understand where's another quarter lol.. and the lettuce is really little I hope this feedback will make them better the next time I visit Greymouth
Great service and incredibly friendly staff. We’ve stopped here twice while traveling across the South Island, and both times the place was spotless and very welcoming. The food was tasty, made with fresh veggies. The staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely happy to help and it seemed they were a good team - had a few laughes, nice to watch. We’d happily stop here again
i had come to the west coast for a holiday with my dad.nwe decided to get MCD for a early lunch and we got a big mac meal.nthe chips. soggy and yuck.nthe big mac. dry, messy. un edible.nwe wasted our money on our food and got food poisoning for days. we were uncomfortable and had food poisoning for multiple days. threw up in the motel bathrooms where we were staying.nwe both had upset stomachs for days and the service was UNPLEASANT.nneither of us would want to go back as their food was disgusting and they were quite rude staff. we had to constantly repeat ourselves.
I asked if they were made fresh and got told yes, I took my order out to the carpark to eat it, I opened the bag and the burger was already cold and was definitely not made fresh and the large fries was only half full.nWaist of money was nothing like the photo on the wall disgusting
