The atmosphere was ok, just a little old, perhaps they should refurbish this McDonald's. I wasn't sure why there's a few orders that came late and they got theirs first, but I don't really care maybe they are out of my orders?nnBut what disappoint me was the amount of hot chocolate and coffee they gave is I don't understand where's another quarter lol.. and the lettuce is really little I hope this feedback will make them better the next time I visit Greymouth
Come on to eat, when we got our meal the gourmet burger had mustard instead of mayo, normal small burger bun! The other burgers we got had different cheese in them all, and frozen coke half full. On complaint they had run out of , gourmet burger buns, mayo, onions and cheese! Asked for tomato sauce… guess what… run out! Worse McDonald we have ever been too! No communication to public about the changes!
Slowest McDonald's ever. Looks under staffed with minimal skills. Not surprising in small town nz. McDonald's has a consistency worldwide that somehow doesn't apply in Greymouth.
Sick of having missed items from my order, happens every week. And when I try to call there’s never any answer on the phone. As an ex employee from a much better run chain of mcdonny stores. You need to do better. It’s not that hard.
This horrible workspace causes me to violently throw up, the soft serve was basically an ice cube its disgusting I wish I was never born so couldn't go to this place the staff are rude and they gave me chared chicken nuggets in conclusion there is worst than hell the best part was leaving in pure agony. Afterward, I went to KFC and had the best time of my life with the GOOD ice cream.
