I ordered an Almighty Texan BBQ burger, and this is what I received. This looked like it had been thrown together. I thought I'd take a photo to then notice on my phone camera, a hear through the burger. Then to top it off, their system crashed leaving me passing the franchise until I could be refunded. Not even one stuff member was wearing a hair net!
Great service and incredibly friendly staff. We’ve stopped here twice while traveling across the South Island, and both times the place was spotless and very welcoming. The food was tasty, made with fresh veggies. The staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely happy to help and it seemed they were a good team - had a few laughes, nice to watch. We’d happily stop here again
Being under new ownership, this place is finally fit to eat at again. Everything is so much cleaner, the staff look a lot happier and the food is cooked perfectly fresh, as food safety procedures are actually being followed.nnI boycott this place under the old ownership, as none of the above was being applied. I even did one shift there, with a total of ten years of Mcdonalds under my belt and quit day one. It was honestly the worst Mcdonalds I have ever had the displeasure of working in.nI tell ya, it's so good to be able to go there again.nnThank you to all the staff that are putting in the hours to make the customer experience so great. And thank you to the new owner for breathing new life into this restaurant. And that guy, Josh on drive-thru order take, Damn sharp as a tac! He deserves a wage rise.nKeep up the amazing work, team Mcdonalds Greymouth!
We ordered 3 large meal deals and a chicken nuggets happy meal at the drive thru. We weren’t given a tray for the drinks, straws or napkins. The large chips were more like medium as the containers weren’t full and there were only 5 nuggets instead of 6. Not happy about this.
The atmosphere was ok, just a little old, perhaps they should refurbish this McDonald's. I wasn't sure why there's a few orders that came late and they got theirs first, but I don't really care maybe they are out of my orders?nnBut what disappoint me was the amount of hot chocolate and coffee they gave is I don't understand where's another quarter lol.. and the lettuce is really little I hope this feedback will make them better the next time I visit Greymouth
