Great McDonald's and I've tried a lot of them! Staff are really pleasant and always have a smile There was some issue with a couple of the screens but they have enough that it wasn't too annoying! Biscoff Mcflurry is a must must must have
I received the wrong order, and it hasn't been the first time , when l went back for order to be rectified, they asked me to come back with receipt, of the wrong order which l did, told my original order would be replaced, and detail would be written down, when l rung and said l was coming in in the evening to receive order, management is now giving me the lowdown that there is a process, wanting my car reg, times , order number, etc, made to feel like there's a big investigation into my wrong order,, Do better Gusborne McDonald's, management and service needs more improved customer relations,, not happy with how l was dealt with, they were happy to take my money,
Awesome customer service's with a smile , it was busy but we didn't wait long very efficient, well done Mcdonald 's in Gisborne , then went by the river for lunch with plenty of parking
No good management of Macdonald because The Night time management staff her name Riya she is just manager off name she don't know how to manage the store and bad behavior too with customer according to me Macdonald is just a earning platform owner they don't know what's going on work time
Was great service and went through the drive thru pretty quickly. No parking though for this McDonalds, only pay and display type parking on the street, so I can understand why the drive thru was busy they even accept horses thru the drive thru which was a nice experience to see.
