This is a picture of my "The Boss" burger which I waited 20 minutes for. Beef was dried out and cheese was congealed together. Hardly any lettuce, no onion, no tomato and no extra pickle which I ordered. Only 5 nuggets instead of 6 and the coke is pretty tasteless syrup needs changing over. Fries were alright. Pretty much my worse McDonald's ever and I've had a few shockers in my time.
Disgusting, 5 tables worth of rubbish both bins overflowing with rubbish, and yet not a single staff member cleaning, more interested in talking amongst themselves. Shift manager running drive through with out a face mask even though they are directly dealing with customers
As good as it's going to get. Not going to rate them higher as they aren't the healthiest
To be honest it was a bit grubby, tables Needed a wipe and the floors sweep. It was super quiet and they weren’t busy so in my opinion it’s a good time for house keeping. Anywho on the plus side my meal was EXCELLENT the best Maccas ever !
Went through drive through and ordered 2 meals with upgraded fries and a poutine. I asked for sauce upon picking up my food at the window. I was met with absolutely the worst attitude and sass from the night manager. She at one point even walked away and stated “I don’t have time for this right now”. A few moments later came with 1 sauce bbq, and even began to continue her disgusting attitude and even stated she “I don’t make profit in my pocket from charging you cents for sauce”. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service, the attitude, degrading remarks and the lack of any sympathy as a customer!
Went through drive through 3 cars in other lane went before they took the order. Is what you ordered on the screen 2 seconds to look before the screen closes. They missed a drink the only option was to go back through the drive through and have cold food. Have adults running the place instead of kids.
Ordered an ice latte with almond milk, no sugar syrup through the drive through today, and its not the first time I have ordered from here, and honestly is always the best Iced Latte out of all the McDonalds I have been to in Chch. Service was great and Iced Latte has decent amount of ice in it. I can not complain about the iced lattes I have from here. The best. :-
Disgusting service, worst staff, they called themselves fast food… seriously waited 25 mins just to pick kids meal with only two cars in front…. They called themselves fast food….. no way and give me cold nuggets and soagy fries…. Event my kid refused to eat…. Comon owner find some reliable staff and responsible managers.
Not great I'm sorry to say. I ordered the serious angus burger and when I got it home and took the burger out of the box, the box had a lady bug in it! Also, we were made to wait at the other window to receive our order, while other people behind us received their order and drove off! Not the first time we have had to wait like this. All rather bizarre.
Food was great. Served fresh and hot and cooked properly. Friendly and fast service. Well done McDonald's Ferry Road!! We were given serviettes too which never happens
