Ordered 3 hots drinks 7/3/25 this morning. Another person before us waiting on same. Male worker taking his time to start making the drinks , he then stopped to attend to 4 teenagers who walked in and started taking to them then pedalled out with them taking their order out to the car to chat to female driver.nI approached the staff as we were waiting over 10 minutes explaining the male staff left making our drinks to those came in well after us.nPoor customer service, rude male staff.nReceived coffees and was warmnWon’t be stopping there again
Very busy at 4pm, good to see. Burger was fresh n good. I don't go to Mac ers much, but this was a good experience.nOne of the floor staff, cleaner, was not very talkative when I asked a question, only a grunt and a point to my question.nBehind counter where on their game.
this experince was exellent the toilets had leftover choclate sauce in the bowls and i ate it it didnt taste as good at the choclate sauce but it still thrilled me i wittnessed a homeless man rubbing urine all over himself out the back of the resturant and in my impression i assisted him in the process food was good grrting employees and awesome tempature in there though it did make me sweat a lot this place needs some ac
Just got home to eat my food and this is how my burger was the bun and other patty was at the bottom of the bad not impressed
