Second time I’ve gone through drive-through and the second time I’ve got medium/large chips that have arrived like this. Annoying because you’re paying for a medium / large and you’re not getting it.
I had a disappointing experience at McDonald's, particularly with a manager who was indian man with beard .I received the wrong item in my order and brought it to his attention. However, his response was unprofessional; he displayed rudeness and claimed he was not responsible for making burgers and was unaware of their contents. This interaction left me feeling frustrated and upset, leading me to question how he attained a managerial position. It is essential for someone in his role to learn proper customer service skills from other staff members.
Food was 5/5, it seemed really busy the night I went through the drive thru which to me is a good sign. I had to pull into a designated park to wait for 2 mins for my food. But it was worth it. Fresh hot chips and my food was as you'd expect. Although I was starving, I chose to drive and eat a skill I will put on my CV.nnI ordered a Large double quarter pounder combo with extra mayo, sprite foe the drink and a triple cheeseburger by itself. Fries were fresh, soda was bubbly and burgers were tasty!
Food was fresh and hot. Food came out fast. The girl who handed my food in the drive through was so careful to pass out my drink and explained the sauces were in the bottom of the bag - girls girl.
We put in self order for eat-in.our order number 190 was called and given us in takeaway bag. After we asked for a tray so that we could sit and eat-in. Realised after opening the take-away bag that there was no cutlery for pan cakes. Asked the person for cutlery who was a packer at that time and serving the orders Rinesh. He never apologised to us for keep going to the counter and asking for the things that we ordered and paid for. Was very unprofessional. Wasn’t worth to take exit from highway for food at this place. Never recommended
