Probably the best experience I have had at a McDonalds. Called in for breakfast at 9 on the way to Auckland. Great views, fresh clean building and tables/loos etc and the young crew on were switched on and tuned in to what they were doing. Job well done.
Restaurant isn't always clean but staff are friendly and food is as ordered. Last few times we have been the rubbish is everywhere. Drive thru the service is good.
A friend and I stopped for afternoon tea and won’t be going back. Notably very greasy and dirty- even a courier driver didn’t use his hands to touch door. I asked for the hand sanitiser to be refilled and the ? Manager asked someone who ????ignored him? I went and asked a 2nd time and he seemed very helpful but it wasn’t filled. The seats were even coated in grime. The food was ok but 1 serviette between the 2 of us, and we are both concerned how dirty the place was - even the hand dryer was gross. I would not recommend eating in at all.
Wasn't really busy at the time we went. Our Sundaes took 20 min to arrive and ontop of that our coffee order got screwed up too. I specifically asked for decaff because I'm allergic to caffeine and infact my coffee wasn't decaff or a cappuccino instead a caffinated latte, Very disappointed. Staff didn't even try to fix it or offer a solution, she just made it off as if it wasn't a big deal.
