This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in to. The men’s bathroom is dirty and the toilet seat is broken. It doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned for months.nUnfortunately the restaurant is no different. There was not one clean table to sit at with old food on tables, upholstery and walls! The staff seems to have just given up. They were a couple of spray bottles and rags on two of the tables giving the feeling at the customer was expected to clean their own tables. I know this place is primarily a drive-through for the airport but the restaurant had quite a few people inside and unfortunately the outside was cleaner. I highly recommend you don’t dine in at this restaurant or even a drive-through considering their cleanliness issues.
If you are dropping your loved ones off at the airport and are looking for a quick snack as a reward on your way to or from the airport please just go into the airport itself and use that Mcdonalds. Staff were rude. Food came out stale and uneatable. Their hot chocolate tasted like warmed up milk and their chicken nuggets were as hard as cardboard.nDO NOT RECOMMEND.
We visit this McDonald's a lot as it is close to home and over the past few months we have been experiencing food which is not to a very good standard. We are regularly getting fries which are old and stale, burgers which have old patties and are poorly put together and frozen cokes which only fill half the cup or have been premade as they are half melted. We used to love the soft serve from this restaurant however of late they have started to resemble kiddie cones.
The worst flatwhite you will get in Auckland served by an angry looking staff. Terrible start of a day. :nDiscusting to see an outside chair left so dirty. Please clean it, and this is not meeting the health and safety standards.
Food was good, service was fast but I had to wipe down my own table before use. The coffee ordered for two people was too hot and overflowing out of the cups. I also ordered to dine in but had my food provided in a paper bag.
