McCauley's Store is located in the old Otane Public Library - a beautiful art deco building in the Central Hawkes Bay region.
Otane is just off SH2 with safe turning off the main highway and plenty of parking outside the cafe.
We serve Hawthorne coffee, roasted in Havelock North; great homemade food and stock a range of locally made jams, sauces and preserves.
Spend some time choosing a gift from our selection, warm yourself by the fire with a good book or surf the internet at your leisure. We look forward to seeing you!
Celebration cakes, cup cakes and custom made cookies are all available for pre order - at least 48 hours notice is required although we may be able to squeeze in a last minute order - never hurts to ask!!

Need cakes/slices for an event? We can cater to your needs and will even deliver to Napier/Hastings when possible! As a starting point - our 10" Lemon Cake is $40; 10" Carrot Cake with delicious cream cheese frosting is $45 and our slices are $4 each from our cabinet range - discounts will be given on large orders.
