Really great service - I had three dress jackets to get cleaned on a Friday, needed for a great new job on the Monday. I called them around 8:30 am, they were super busy, at first didn’t think they could do it. Then he called me back, collected the jackets before 9 am, and they were ready for pick up from locker at just after 4 pm. I love their locker collection service, and they are obviously a team who will go the extra mile to deliver for you. Definitely my dry cleaners from now on. A+Service: Delivery
I have been going to these guys for over 7 years consistently, pretty much once a week. They have always been fantastic and especially recently after new management take over, they introduced 24/7 locker drop off and pick up - life saver! very responsive customer service from the ladies at the shop and even Faisal on emails. There has been a couple of times over the 7 years where I requested a reclean because I wasn't happy and they did it for free without any complaints. Absolutely will recommend to anyone.Services: Laundry wash & fold
My leather jacket was in bad shape, covered in mould and they’ve done an exceptionally awesome job to fix it. It’s like brand new and the cost is within reasonable range. Receptionist is amazing and approachable. Will definitely visit again for other services in future.
Maxwells went above and beyond my expectations to remove a large ink mark from my jacket. I had put a new pen in my shirt pocket after a meeting. When I got home ink had gone all run all over my shirt and onto the inside lining of my jacket and through to the fabric of my suit jacket. I took it to Maxwells just two weeks ago. They have completely removed the stain from the lining and the exterior fabric of my jacket. Thank you very much. You truly deserve my five stars.
I had my wedding dress and one other white dress dry cleaned using maxwells in Milford. It was super easy to use their lockers for drop off after hours. All communication with them was excellent such as letting me know the cost and how long it would take. When I picked up my dress which hadn’t been cleaned since my wedding over a year ago I was amazed with the result. It looked brand new and they had managed to remove some pretty serious muddy stains from the train. I highly recommend using their services.
Damaged my jacket/shirt and lost all shape/structure to it after using their service. I inquired about what type of dry cleaning materials they used without even putting forward an accusation that the damage to my jacket is their fault, and I was asked to keep it behind. Then shortly I get an angry phone call from ‘the headquarters’ who was yelling at me through the phone saying that it’s not their fault. Horrible customer service and horrible dry cleaning services. I wouldn’t waste your money, time or clothes.
