I inquired via email and got a reply from Maxi within an hour. We went back and forth and he was very patient with all my questions. I had my head unit replaced and a rear camera installed in my Toyota Previa. Nice unit, great deal, awesome service. Will definitely recommend Auto City New Plymouth to my friends. Kaylee and Scott provided expert professional service in assisting me with AC issues with my new Kia purchased from another dealer, they were welcoming and passed on key information I may have missed when I originally purchased the car regarding its servicing options. Communication was great, the work done by the team was superb, their advice was very much appreciated, and my AC is working perfectly again. Thanks for your assistance!
Top service we had broken down carley & steve went out of their way to get us back on the road, following a really bad service from the AA breakdown that left us stranded on the side of the road for over 6 hours, for premium customers they have some serious staff issues, we had over 4 different people dealing with our situation,we believe these staff members are working from home thanks to Cindy,Covid out going labor Government they need to be operating from a business office to keep them focused on their job..
Just a sincere thank you to Aaron, workshop manager at AutoCity. Our motorhome holiday came to an abrupt end with a breakdown in New Plymouth. Aaron could not have been more helpful, considerate and accommodating. Turned a negative experience into something more palatable. We purchased a Nissan X Trail e power. The service from Matt Jordan the salesman was excellent and that included follow up instruction and advice. We are very pleased with the car.
Very pleased with the level of service from Auto City Electrical. The service manager and the auto electricians were very thorough in diagnosing why our car wouldn’t start and went above and beyond to sort out the issue and fix the problem. Thoroughly recommend.
