Rod Cross is an excellent realtor. He understood my needs and went out of his way to market and sell my house in a way that suited me. He was enthusiastic, engaged, and responsive, so I felt involved in the process the entire time.

I am extremely disappointed with the services of Ray White property management group based at Ferrymead, Christchurch. Due to their negligence and unprofessionalism towards me and my family regarding to the returning of the bond, which was our right to have due to the conclusion of the rental agreement. Me and my family had followed the correct procedures after discussions with the property manager Ray Hastie, but his management team were not truthful to us after we had contacted them several times. This caused an unpleasant and financial inconvenience to my family due to their unprofessional behaviour.

Sandy at reception is very helpful. The agents are good too

Furious with Google Maps. Wanted to go to a street but because there was a house for sale it would only give me directions to the real estate agents. Found another app. Goodbye Google.
