Ohh they make us feel like home. The cooks are amazing on the job and outside too. Service top notch and to expectations and experience. Number 1 fish n chips and kai moana in Dargaville. Shout out to da sis Chelz n Ebz. U make the place shine like superstar with ur laughter n kanikani with yummy food.
When in Dargaville, you should definitely try out Matich's. Unless you will surely be regretting. Hospitality, Vibe and you name it, was 10/10 obviously. The food, no questions asked, 12/10 all day along! It was that good believe me.nnPS: Ask for their signature dish and let your tastebuds experience the new realms of pleasure.
I honestly don’t know how this place is allowed to operate in the condition it’s in. Every time I’ve been there, the smell coming from the back has been overpowering and absolutely foul. The whole area feels dirty and neglected, and the kitchen looked nothing like a space where food should ever be prepared.nnI’ve personally seen fish left sitting out in the open with flies all over it, and it made my stomach turn. The level of hygiene I’ve witnessed is nowhere near acceptable, and it left me wondering if anyone is actually checking or caring about food safety standards.nnBased on my own experiences, I would never eat anything from here, and I genuinely feel worried for anyone who does. They seriously need a complete clean-up and proper oversight.
Wonderful friendly service! Hot food, all cooked to perfection - not greasy!! Especially loved the Homemade Savoury Sausage - Top notch; a Must have!! The Homemade Tatare Sauce, a perfect compliment.
Food was ok, but not impressed with the service! Customers sitting at the table next to us ordered the Kutai. out of towners like us I think they expected it to be cooked but it reached their table in the shell.. I watched this woman with two males at her table struggle to open it so I offered to do it for them. I showed them how to open and they were very thankful.. if your traveling with little ones I would suggest the takeaway option, there are no washroom/ toilet facilities..
