I just got my 21st nails done by Thomas, i let him freestyle on my nails and honestly I cannot be more happier!! Not only amazing customer service but even more amazing nails! Will deffinatly be my go to salon!Service: Acrylic nails

Within days my acrylics felt loose & less than a week later one has already completely come off which has never happened to me when I get acrylics.they looked very pretty but lasted only a few days… ? won’t get acrylics done here again. 2nd update: It's been 7 days and half of them popped off so had to buy nail glue to stick them back down. Just a warning to those wanting to get acrylics that last.. Chips all over, i've been getting acrylics for years in Tauranga and this is the worst quality set i've ever had. They looked very pretty at first but whats the point if they stay on even less than press ons. The correct process to prep my nails wasnt followed here. My nails look so bad now :Service: Manicure

They have been shut too long and it has really annoyed me the new Greerton site is not good as never any parking Fraser Cove was fantastc easy parkingI am now going to MAGESTIC SERVICE EXCELLENT I am sad as I wanted to be loyal but the Lakes is too far for me

Absolutely love this place! Was in some real need for some nail r'n' r and wahlah, was recommended from the teams at TnT, Postie plus, $2plus shop, even Salon One who has their own nail tech to go to Material Girl : The team here, Bekka, Alex, Monisha and Hannah were Amazing with a capital A!! Gr8 customer service, communal chatting with loads of laughter. Sugarsoap scrub and hot towel with yr pedicure, and a hot towel after our gel and french nails. Team were definately Blessed to bless others. Feelin pampered and restored. Thank you very much

Change of ownership. Do not expect any previous loyatly cards to work as they will not accept them anymore. Had my nails done Manicure with SNS and Pedicure. Within a few days the SNS on my nails started to crack and chip away. The service was very awkward and was not enjoyable at all. I paid $65 for the nails that didn't last long at all. Very disappointed- previously have loved going here but with new ownership quality and service have decreased hugely. Also the shop was very cold- even though I was wearing a jacket I was freezing.Services: Pedicure
