MVS Equine is a dedicated team of veterinarians and support staff working out of a purpose-built equine hospital in the centre of the Waikato, New Zealand. www.matamatavets.co.nz/mvs-equine

Story

Our facility features full surgical and medical amenities as well as complete stabling, safe post-and-rail yarding and paddocks, and access to rehabilitation services.

Our devoted equine team includes registered specialists in the fields of Reproduction and Surgery. In addition to which, our veterinarians have areas of expertise in racing, performance, equestrian, foal and stud medicine./

I went in this morning with the perception of my price being for a consultation fee, upon my departure had realised that the price was a few dollars under double that original price that was given to me over the phone. I understand things change but I don't think you should say an amount Over the phone. I was not prepared for that at all.. kinda blew me away a lil

Reception lady is awesome, friendly and helpful The 'vet's, are snobby and come across as rushed, and not helpful in helping us understand what's wrong with our animal. The vet barks out diffthings that could be wrong, avoids eye contact and then gives you meds, blurts out how often, then opens the door for you to leave. I have taken my animal in several times and this happens each time, with different vets. I mean, do you even like your job? Do you even like me? How about, take your time, smile a bit and be caring, we are bringing our animal to you for your expert care because I have done the best I can and need your help, show some bloody empathy.
