Staff are friendly and the shop has a wide variety of items, also have postage available to send things away.
We were in there Saturday and a young girl at the lotto counter about 11am was picking a sore on the side of her head and then continued to serve us. That was disgusting, so typical of these young ones, they have no idea if customer service.
They made our parcels weight more than the real weight. We realized about it very late, when they already sent the items. They even did not give any untrack option and staff was not very friendly.
Huge thank you to the awesome team at Paper Plus Matamata - always super friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the delivery service being operated at the moment. Thanks guys
