Found what I wanted straight away , the staff member in the paint section seemed a little curt at first however did assist me. The staff member at Check Out was amazing ,- so friendly and informative. I think she was amazing wish all staff were like her. Overall was pleased to purchase the special light fitting/ shade I brought myself for my birthday - bonus .
Always a blast going to Mitre 10 and the workers there have always been helpful whenever i go there. They always seem to go out of their way to find the item/s we are searching for so, I'm super grateful as the store itself can be overwhelming with the sheer amount of products available.
Wow what a big store, I had no idea the plant section was so big. I got 5 punnets of veges, broccoli for my rabbit and I, cauliflower plants reduced and l have to grow more lettuce. I actually went and click and collected a fan I got the last one whoopee. And it's awesome nearly blew me off my chair lol. That shop has everything in it from camping gear, plants, paints, garden tools, work tools, ornaments, and all the extra stuff I didn't see. The staff were amazing, kind and friendly. Heaps of parking, I can guarantee you will find more than one bargain, go check them out
Staff fantastic busy as usual but still found time to help me find what I needed then the next customer was waiting for assistance. surprised I could find car parking with the amount of people but was 2 spots left yay well done guys thanks for yr Time best of luck with Xmas all the best for 2023 be safe all
A very friendly DIY store, very helpful staff. Following the enlarged shop, with increased product choices, it's serving the community well.......but it still needs to be larger!!!
Go to mitre 10 often. Get all my paint gear there. Get my garden plants there. Have brought gift cards there because of the variety of things you can buy there. Got my toilet roll holder and handtowel holders there as well. Even got the little light for my oven from there. The people are helpful n friendly when I need the help. And they leave me alone when I'm just looking. Recently brought some fans there n was delighted to find they have metal fan parts n not plastic that goes brittle n breaks.

After spending $2,999 on Out door furniture. My wife went in to arrange delivery and gets treated like a 3rd rate person and not the first time. We are local and try and support local.
Very poor service, after some time trying to find someone to help in paint department finally got my order in, went to get my brushes etc, to only then find my staff member had fanished... asked at counter where a rather grumpy lady told me the staff person was on inwards goods so he probably doing that! So I was told to go back and look on paint counter. Found my tin went back to counter where 4 staff gathered behind it... Customer service guys!!!
