Just a little note to thank you all for the wonderful service today. My husband fell off a ladder. Went in at 11.30 saw a .nurse then saw a Paramedic.Then x-rays then nurse dressed his wounds. Then later on called him to come in and explain the results. Fantastic service.
Had bad experience with the receptionist however today, Eileen was super helpful and has such a sweet nature. Also Dr Kiran Patel is one of the best and most easy going doctors I’ve ever met. Overall I’m very happy with my visit at Matamata
Saw dr bruce pitchford today. Paid $59 to basically be insulted by him about my weight. He then Googled my condition after I told him what I was diagnosed with and didn't bother to even look up my history to know that iv had the same problem for the last 12 years. Really peeved off. Do better matamata medical. I took time off from work to come to my appointment then get charged that price and to be insulted as soon as I sit down. Disgusting.
Used the walk in clinic today. ALL staff personnel were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Although it was a long 3 hours I cannot fault the Professionalism of everyone. Dr Ross Duty Dr was so thorough and professional. He made me feel my issue was still important , despite the queue of patients waiting. Thank you
I had a positive experience at Matamata Medical Centre's walk-in clinic. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and efficient. The nurse, doctor, and blood test technician were all attentive, friendly, and kind throughout my visit. Everything went smoothly, and I felt well cared for. I appreciate the great service provided by the entire team.
