Always great and friendly service, and they go the extra mile for their clients. A recent example of this was a continuous alarm signal that my engine started making when I was away on a fishing holiday. I rang Ken who I could tell was giving up his lunch break for me. He asked me a few questions, and was immediately able to assure me it was an alarm fault, even though my engine his is not his franchise brand. He then spent ten minutes talking me through how to isolate the issue and be able to finish our holiday. I was then able to drop off my boat when I got home for the repair. Top team with top service.
Recently purchased a new Yamaha outboard though Ken and the team. The service was outstanding and Ken really goes above and beyond. would highly recommend, they have great communication and service.
